The KINDNESS Campaign
The KINDNESS Campaign builds healthy and safe communities through community service, stewardship of people and supporting KIND people in their roles as leaders. Success is measured in selfless acts and kindness is the philosophy of life. The KINDNESS Campaign relies on the generosity of KIND people who are committed to being a positive social influencer in communities.
Acts of Kindness
Acts of Kindness is when KIND PEOPLE collaborate to spread KINDNESS by occupying corners and sharing high-fives, handshakes, smiles, beverages, healthy snacks and community resources with our neighbors.
Team Up to Clean Up
Team Up To Clean Up is when KIND PEOPLE collaborate to beautify our blocks, removing “eye sores”.
Food & Nutrition First
Food & Nutrition First fights hunger and improves the health of the community through food distribution and nutrition education.
This Is Your Moment, Own It!
This Is Your Moment, Own It! is when KIND PEOPLE organize and mobilize to plan and lead community improvement and impact initiatives focused on supporting youth, families, the “differently abled” and anyone who needs help with the goal of a happy and safe community.
Change Creates Change
Change Creates Change (CCC) is a collaborative social venture between a community organization and its local businesses and community residents, a public-private partnership, where change (money) is collected to support community programs aimed at violence reduction, reducing recidivism and community engagement.

Reading to Reduce Recidivism
Reading to Reduce Recidivism (RRR) is a collaborative initiative between the community, Department of Corrections and the formerly incarcerated (or at-risk of incarceration) to improve community safety through violence prevention and recidivism reduction by increasing intellectual diversity and conceptual complexity through literacy. RRR also serves to “re-purpose” magazines and books that are no longer used.
